This elegant hippie head wreath is called

"Dancing under the Full Moon"

It was made with beautiful, vibrant hand dyed and hand spun core spun art yarn from merino and sparkly angelina. It has a colour blend of psychedelic pink, sky blue and heather purple. Colours all blend together in this yarn.

It was wrapped firmly around a wire so that the crown is shapeable and sturdy.

The crown has a little ornament as front centerpiece. This centerpiece consists of a round flower shaped silver coloured filigree, and a hand sculpted polymer clay cameo built on the filigree. The little cameo has a sparkly purple base and is adorned with a periwinkle blue flower with a fuchsia pink rhinestone heart. The flower is wreathed in emerald green leaves.

This centerpiece is almost 2 cm in diameter and 0,5 cm thick, and was hand sewn on to dangle from the wreath.

There is a back-of-the-head centerpiece, made up of several silk and velvet millinery flowers and leaves in grape purple, faded turquoise, dusty soft pink, aqua green and blue, and soft periwinkle blue, and frosted red berries and faded soft pink berry sprigs. These were all sewn on by hand.

The crown closes with a long cobalt blue satin ribbon that will hang in your hair. This way the headdress will fit anyone. The wreath is 55 cm around.

The art yarn used was spun by Suzy from WoolWench:
