Handspun Art Yarn Scarf - Crochet Skinny Scarf - Flower Garland - Lariat Scarf

This beautifully romantic super long hippie art yarn skinny scarf is called

"Love Spring"

This gorgeous and easily wearable boho lariat fringe scarf is made from a beautiful handspun art yarn that I corespun and then plied with green sparkly thread. I handspun the yarn from a textured art batt containing Merino, Mohair, various types of silk and Bayardine fibers and alternated that with stretches of little green Blue Faced Leicester locks to give the yarn a romantically wild and elemental vibe while being super soft. It has lots of different colours, there are the green locks in different shades, there is buttercup yellow, lots of shades of pink, coral, pumpkin orange, lilac, steely purple, specks of grey and sparkly white.
I crocheted one very open chain of stitches and at the ends I created long tassels with more handspun yarn of BFL locks, silk and Merino and dusty rose, egg shell blue and white lace ribbons. At the top of the tassels sit one pink fabric orchid flower and a wine red rose.

The flower scarf, which can be used as a beautiful and unique garland as well, can be worn in many ways (check all the photos for some examples).
The yarn is very soft and warm if wrapped around the neck several times. But is especially great to wear on lighter days as more of a statement jewelry piece.
The scarf is about 3 meters / 9 ft 10 inches long.
